Catering & Events At The Beach Bar

The Island Fish Co. in Marathon, Florida offers a semi-private area of our restaurant for special events. It is situated on the Gulf of Mexico overlooking our marina and the sunset.

Reservation Fee

There is a $300 non-refundable fee to reserve the Beach Bar. This covers the setup, breakdown and staff for the event. Additional fees apply for linens. A guest count must be given one week prior to the event date and a final confirmation 24 hours before. The final bill total will be based on the confirmed guest count with any additions, plus beverages, Florida sales tax and an 18% gratuity.

Bar Details

We have the ability to work with an open tab so you will only be charged for the beverages that your guests drink, or you can set a dollar limit or for how long the bar stays open. We can also offer a cash bar for you and your guests.

Menu & Catering Options

The Island Fish Company offers a wide selection of menu choices and will be happy to cater a menu just for you. Our menus are based on a price per person or item, and the price does not include Florida sales tax, or 18% gratuity. You can pick and choose as little or as much as you want, such as a cocktail party with a selection of passed and stationed appetizers, or the same with a sit-down menu.

The Island Fish Company and Beach Bar is an open air restaurant and is at the mercy of the weather and Mother Nature. Even though we do have flaps to lower when wind or rain threaten, we will make every possible attempt to accommodate the party in any weather condition with the least amount of change. Cancellation, rescheduling, or change of venue of the event may be in order due to the weather.
